Please note --- the monthly Fuel Cost Adjustment Rate indices will no longer be sent to you via Email.

The 48 Month Diesel Fuel Cost History report is posted to the NDOT website on the 3rd of each month for the indices effective the first of each month.  If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend/Holiday the fuel cost adjustment rate will be posted to the NDOT website on the nearest following business day.  This report is located on the NDOT website under Business Center - Contractors Information - Base Diesel Fuel Prices.  Below is the link to that report location.
