ECOD website access is currently being updated to meet NDOT security requirements. ECOD website access will be restored once this update is complete. This is expected to impact website access through January 31st. This update does not impact construction inspection completed with the ECOD desktop application. ECOD users can continue their use of the ECOD desktop application to complete inspection reports and corrective actions.
