Renewal Reminder to all Nebraska Real Estate Licensees:

It is once again renewal time, broker and salesperson renewals are due on November 30.  If you have already sent in your renewal thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

If you have not yet sent your renewal and all necessary documentation in please do so as soon as possible.

We may not have time to contact you or return your application for any corrections needed if your application is sent in the last week before the deadline, so last minute submissions may result in a late penalty being assessed if there are any problems with the renewal application.

Also please remember the Thanksgiving holiday falls shortly before the renewal deadline, our offices (as well as  many of the Continuing Education and Errors and Omissions Insurance providers) will be closed at the end of the week immediately preceding the Tuesday, November 30, deadline, and mail will be delayed due to the holiday.    

As always, a complete renewal with all necessary documentation and an actual delivery or an official US Postmark (a date on a mail postage meter is not adequate) on or before November 30 is needed to avoid the late fee.
